Meet The Team

Shereé Evans

Executive Pastor of Ministries


Pastor Shereé is a native of Little Rock, AR and is well-respected throughout the community as a preacher, teacher, psalmist, songwriter, conference host, recording artist, and former radio personality.


She received her degree in Mass Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Memphis Theological Seminary. Pastor Shereé was licensed to preach God’s word in 1996 and ordained in 2001. She regularly ministers on many platforms including churches, colleges/universities, various conferences, prisons, and multiple social media platforms.


Pastor Shereé joined our leadership team in 2015, making her the first woman to serve in pastoral leadership in the church’s 150-year history. She is the mother of Rodney II, an active musician and singer in Central Arkansas. The scripture that keeps her grounded is Romans 8:18: "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us."

Fred Graham

Congregational Care Pastor


Pastor Fred was born the ninth of thirteen children in the small town of Dermott, AR. He received his degree in Business Management from Philander Smith College while working in the haircare industry in Little Rock, AR. He was licensed and ordained to preach God's word under Pastor Alexander and has since been an integral part of our ministerial team.


Pastor Fred joined our leadership team in 2003 and has served in various capacities, including Church Business Administrator, before beginning his current ministry role in 2022. His love for God and God’s people has made him an exceptional match for leading our congregational care ministry. He and his team strive to ensure that every member feels like they are a part of the St. Luke family and that no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.


Pastor Fred has one daughter, Raegan, and has been married to the former Shawn Horges for 11 years. When asked for words to live by, he told us that his mantra is, “Love God. Love your neighbor.” 

Jerron A. Liddell

Minister of Worship


Minister Jerron is a native of Pine Bluff, AR and comes from a long line of singers, preachers, and musicians. He has earned degrees from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, University of Central Arkansas, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Music Education at University of Memphis. Professor, as he's affectionately called by many members, has an extensive background in gospel music, having served as choir director, musician, and Minister of Music for Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Pine Bluff for almost twenty years. He is the founder and director of gospel singing group, Righteous; and a member of national recording choir, Arkansas Gospel Mass Choir.


Professor joined our leadership team in 2021 during a crucial rebuilding period following the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to overseeing worship and arts at St. Luke, he also serves as Director of Choral Activities at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and conducts the internationally-recognized UAPB Vesper Choir. He is

a songwriter, arranger, and frequent guest clinician, conducting workshops in schools and churches around the state of Arkansas. Professor’s favorite scripture is Galations 6:7, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”

Vickie Dorhan

Assistant to the Pastor


Miss Vickie is a native of North Little Rock, AR and has been a member of St. Luke for more than 55 years. She received her associate degree from Pulaski Technical College and is also a veteran of the United States Army. 


Miss Vickie’s appointment as Assistant to the Pastor began more than 26 years ago, making her our longest-serving team member. Her dependable and dedicated work ethic has been invaluable throughout her years of service and essential to the effective operation of our church. Her ultimate goals are to love, care for, and communicate well with our members, while providing unwavering support to help carry out the vision of our leader.


Miss Vickie has two children, Anthony and Carletta. At the top of her list of favorite scriptures is Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
