St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church of North Little Rock is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our ministry team. This unique role combines executive support for our Senior Pastor with program coordination across key church initiatives. We are looking for someone who is organized, relational, mission-driven, and ready to make a meaningful impact in the life of our church.

As our current Executive Assistant transitions into retirement, this new role will carry forward essential administrative support while expanding to include cross-ministry coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders and be energized by working in a fast-moving, purpose-filled environment. Whether it’s managing a busy calendar, helping plan a church-wide initiative, or being a welcoming presence in our church office, this person will play a vital role in helping our ministry run smoothly.
