ELIGIBILITY

• Must be a member of St. Luke
• High School Senior
• 3.0 GPA

Official high school transcript required.

• 20 Hours of Community Service

Documentation must include the name, city/state, and contact number for the organization where the service was completed.

• Letter of Recommendation

Must be from a community or religious leader that is not a member of the applicant's family.

• Essay

Captain Arthur "Bo" Felder lived a life devoted to community service, education, and leadership. In your own words, describe what these values mean to you and explain how you demonstrate them in your life.

• Double-Spaced
• 1-inch Margins
• Times New Roman
• Word or Google Doc
